Nigerian Navy Secondary School Abeokuta

The Nigerian Navy Secondary School Abeokuta, is a secondary school located in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. It was founded in 1990 but the first set of students attended on 2 March 1991. The school offers academic and Military Training to students for the purpose of installing discipline, morals, and Physicality to be able to perform better in Life.

The Alumni Association of the 2001 Set of the Nigerian Navy Secondary School, Ibara, Abeokuta (NNSSABK01Set) has adopted this Code of Ethics, which is applicable to the Alumni Association Executive, and all members of the organization. The Code reflects the Association’s commitment to not only uphold the values of our school but to protect the interest of members while maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct. It does not replace, and is intended to supplement, the Constitution of the Association.

A Word

From Our President

I thank you for considering me and my executive team worthy to manage the affairs of the association. It is indeed a call to duty. Twenty (21) years ago we were all young boys who had just completed our secondary school, fast forward to today, the teenage boys have become great men succeeding in different works of life.

Gentlemen, my confidence in our association is based on the strong bonds, friendships and the daily interaction we all share. Yes, there are many obstacles… But it is up to us to overcome them. And this is do-able.

I promise that as the president, I will do my very best to listen to our association’s needs and technically attend to them whilst ensuring transparency.

We have lost a few of our brothers to the cold hands of death. This just shows the inevitable. Death will someday come for each one of us, but until then let us be our brother’s keeper.

I, on behalf of the association’s executive team appreciate each and every one of you for your continuous support and contributions towards the growth of our association.

Once again, congratulations, and GOD Bless us all. Amen.
